RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and cover as received along with all the accessories (tags,etc.). Worn or damaged products will not be accepted
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and Quality Check(QC) is done, a confirmation mail will be sent to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable, A standard Shipping charges @160/- per piece other than Trouser,Jeans & jacket will be deducted and for (Trouser,Jeans & jacket) standard Shipping charges @ 300/- per Piece will be deducted.
The approved refundable amount will be credited to your ReSLAG wallet for COD orders or a coupon code will be sent to you within 3 to 7 working days after the QC is done.
The approved refundable amount will be credited to your given Account Deatails or PhonePe / Google Pay number for Prepaid orders within 3 to 7 working days after the QC is done.
